Matthew 16:18-19
1. Apply two coats of primer and paint to all ceilings, walls, trim in main floor worship area plus front foyer.
2. Apply plaster and caulking to all areas needed (walls, ceilings, window frames, attic vent frames, etc.) All baseboard (MDF) to be primed/painted.
3. Apply primer/paint to all window/door frames
FLOORING:
LABOUR: (flooring) main room & foyer: Prep floors corresponding to the needs and expected requirements in question for the flooring install at hand, respective to the upstairs main area, front foyer area (and stairwell steps) ($4500+tax Labour only). All flooring must be cleaned, smooth and free from protruding nails, obstructions at hand, debris etc.). All installed flooring must have baseboard installed (note: essential to hold flooring in place– keep from ‘shifting’)
