AT LAST!
Consummated on the cross
And this marriage as Paul writes, is described by Paul as being , ‘a great mystery’. He makes it clear that this great mystery concerns Christ and the church.
Paul lucidly states, that what’s also involved is, the status between the Old Law/Covenant and the New Law/Covenant.
In fact, he uses the Old Law/Covenant to both explain and justify the rational behind putting away the Old, as the New though long prophesied, abruptly replaced it.

ALL
ABOUT YOU!
Speak Where The Bible Speaks - Be Silent Where It Is Silent
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
SCRIPTORIALS
& THEN SOME!
Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? 2 For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. 3 So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. 4 Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another — to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. 5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. 6 But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter. Romans 7:1-6

LUKE 13:23-24
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. "He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. John 3:16-18
WE ARE
AN OPEN BOOK!
A wedding made in heaven
So, husbands, ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church.
30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones. 31 "For this reason, a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."
32 This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
Ephesians 5:28-32
For the record: Gray/Grey Matter vs White Matter
Gray matter and white matter are two distinct types of tissue in the brain that play crucial roles in processing information and facilitating communication between different brain regions.
Gray matter is primarily composed of neuronal cell bodies, dendrites, and synapses, and is involved in processing information, muscle control, memory, and sensory perception.
White matter, on the other hand, consists of myelinated axons that connect these regions, allowing for efficient communication and coordination of brain functions. Both types of matter are essential for healthy cognition, movement, and emotional regulation.
So why bring up gray matter?

One very important aspect of the teaching of Christ centers around this point. Jesus did not teach 'matter of fact' doctrine as though they were 'gray areas'. Nor did He teach or preach as if He was ambiguously 'sitting on the fence'. In view of what and how He taught, all scriptural evidence distinctly shows His teachings were strictly 'black and white'. It would be foolish to think or purport otherwise. Jesus knew just where He stood on every matter. Subsequently, we can know absolutely where we ought to and must stand.
The Most Important Thing We Can Do For You Is Introduce You To The Real Jesus Christ and...
have Him tell you about the 'one' church He built! Give Him the floor and the ceiling has no limit!
I am writing these things to you, hoping to come to you before long; but in case I am delayed, I write so that you will know how one ought to conduct himself in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth. 1 Timothy 3:14-15
Welcome... to the only church that Jesus built!

LET'S LISTEN THEN TALK!
Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another — to Him who was raised from the dead...
We, are an open book...
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

WELCOME HOME!
And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him — the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day. John 12:47-49
JOHN 10:1-10
ABOUT
THE REST!
"He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad". Matthew 12:29
"Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit. Matthew 12:33
"He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned". Mark 16:16
Perhaps His 'black and white' teaching is no more clear than this concerning His second coming: "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Matthew 24:36-41
The same can be said about the church He built: When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, "Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?" 14 So they said, "Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets."
15 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" 16 Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
17 Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock (That Jesus was the Christ, the Son of the living God) I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it (Matthew 16:13-18). Note: Jesus said, "I will build My church" (singular - as in 'one and only 'one'. Hence, Ephesians 4:3-6: "... endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all..."
Be forewarned! Pay attention to all the 'ones' that you might choose the right 'one's. They're not there by chance or accident. They also eliminate the possibility of 'gray areas' being handed to you by the chief of 256 grayscale. - angel of light, servants of righteousness - god of this world - prince of the air etc. Grayscale muddies the waters. To that end, 'baptism' is a prime example. The baptism of the New Testament church is by water; immersion only; in the name of Jesus; for the forgiveness of sins; during which one receives the 'indwelling' of the Holy Spirit. To top it off - there is only 'one' baptism. The Greek word for it is 'baptidzo' means to fully immerse. Not surprisingly since It best represents the 'death, burial and ressurrection' of Jesus Christ
"Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life". Romans 6:3-4
Surely, it is easy to envision that 'rhantize' (sprinkling) or even pouring some water on somebody's head just does't wash. In truth you could say it's nothing more or less than a whitewash of the faith. 'Tom Swyer' anyone? A good point here to add that babies and children were not baptized in the New Testament church. Let's let Jesus explain it.
Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. 14 But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. 15 Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it." 16 And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them. Mark 10:13-16
Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 19:13-14
"Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, 3 and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18:2-3
(Romans 6:3-1 The Lord also adds one to His church by it. 'Sprinkling', a practice adopted by both the Catholicism and denominationalism centuries afterward is described by the Greek word 'rhantize'. It was never used in connection with the baptism of the New Testament church. After all, perhaps best to follow 'when all else fails, read the instructions'. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 and that means 'you'. 2 Timothy 2:15.
Original Sin: Last but not least, It would be remiss not to put in a word about 'original sin', 'purgatory' and the 'priesthood' as taught by Catholicism or anybody else for that matter.
Teachings regarding 'original sin' stemming from the garden of Eden as taught, cannot be found in either the Old or New Testaments. In fact,
Ezekiel 18:19-23: “Yet you say, ‘Why should the son not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity?’ When the son has practiced justice and righteousness and has observed all My statutes and done them, he shall surely live.
20 “The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father’s iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son’s iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself.
21 “But if the wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed and observes all My statutes and practices justice and righteousness, he shall surely live; he shall not die. 22 “All his transgressions which he has committed will not be remembered against him; because of his righteousness which he has practiced, he will live. 23 “Do I have any pleasure in the death of the wicked,” declares the Lord God, “rather than that he should turn from his ways and live? Ezekiel 18:19-23
Now, does that mean a present day action will not produce consequences down the road? Well, if history personal or global, has taught us anything - it's that what one sows, one or following generations can and likely will surely reap (2 Corinthians 9:6; Galatians 6:7-8; 1 Timothy 2:12-15; 4th Commandment). Also, there's a saying, 'Those who forget the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it'.
Purgatory: Luke 16:19-31. Purgatory teaches among other things that once there, prayers from this side of the veil by others will lessen the time spent in torment there. Two verses alone dispatch that 'wishful lie' never mind the fact that no such place as taught, exists scripturally. Concerning a rich man and a beggar here it is:
25 But Abraham said, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.'
Read it in it's entirety, Luke 16:25-26.
Interesting, in that a lemon and an orange may have some things in common however an lemon is a lemon and an orange is an orange. Some people will swallow a bushelful of error for the sake of a grain of truth. Some will throw out a bushelful of truth for the ske of a grain of error. All the while not cognizant of the simple fact that the devil has provided both to keep you from 'the whole truth and nothing but the truth', namely Jesus. Jesus never said either bushel would set you free. He says thee truth, shall make you free. Inasmuch as He says, "I am thee Way, thee Way and thee Truth, he who has ears - let him hear. Are you listening?
Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free... Therefore, if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. John 8:31, 32, 36
Priesthood: The 'priesthood' was part of the Old Covenant/Old Law. One was a High Priest who would enter the 'Holiest of Holies' to offer a sacrifice but once yearly for all the people. Then came Christ who as the perfect sacrifice became the one and Holy High Priest forever.
Now read this as it concerns all Christians (another word for Christians is 'saints' - living or dead). "Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious, 5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 2:4-5;
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy. 1 Peter 2:9-10
Yup... all Christians (and I do not use the term 'loosely') are a royal priesthood with Christ as the one and Holy High Priest
As and if Christian, bear this scripture in mind (latter part of verse 1 Peter 2:5) as it is talking about you and your role as a Christian, "... offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ".
I beseech you therefore, brethren (note: term meaning Christians male and female, brothers and sisters), by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:1-2
Yup again... this means you and me, this means us. Not a select hierarchy of 'clergy' priests or otherwise, but all scriptural Christians (cause there's no other kind as in there's no other church but the one and only Christ built). You will meet or already have met those who will try to rationalize or explain all this and more away. However, Jesus squeezed the toothpaste of truth out of the tube, and all the king's horses and all the kings men cannot and will not be able to squeeze it back in again. Well Humpty Dumpty me and you and all of us. Please Sir, can I have some more? Yes you may. John 6:22-40... John 6:27: "Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life... "
On this rock - singular - Greek Petra - and the rock was Christ
I will build My church - singular - only coming back for His one church
One body - Col 1:18; 1 Cor 15:24
One Spirit - the helper - comforter - guide into all the truth - bring to your memory
One hope -
One Lord
One faith
One Baptism
One God and Father
final note on unity vs union
not union of different faiths but unity in the one faith - can it be had - God doesn't tell us to do things that are imposible -
Why so many 'churches'? Why do you call me Lord, Lord and yet do not do the things that I say? Doctrines of demons in latter times depart from the faith
So, with all these 'one's' what makes more sense? Accepting teachings that claim no matter what one prefers to believe, listen to all the 'Johnny come lately's peddling 'you're ok, I'm ok or listening to Jesus Christ directly through His Word , He being the final Word (John 1; John 12:48). Jesus also asked, 'When the Son of Man returns, will He find faith on earth?' Being that there is but one faith and it comes from the Word of God (Jesus) and the fact that it has once for all been delivered (Jude 3) what then for you, about you? There's only one gospel and I would highly recommend you checkmark Galatians 1:6-9 instead of 'D' all of the above.

Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea... These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.
