The answer to (a) is your choice and your God given right, even if you're wrong.
The answer to (b) is irrespective of your choice, regardless of (a).
Like the evidence, (b) it is what it is.

Ecclesiastes 3:11-21
He has made everything appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
12 I know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good in one’s lifetime; 13 moreover, that every man who eats and drinks sees good in all his labor—it is the gift of God. 14 I know that everything God does will remain forever; there is nothing to add to it and there is nothing to take from it, for God has so worked that men should fear Him. 15 That which is has been already and that which will be has already been, for God seeks what has passed by.
16 Furthermore, I have seen under the sun that in the place of justice there is wickedness and in the place of righteousness there is wickedness. 17 I said to myself, “God will judge both the righteous man and the wicked man,” for a time for every matter and for every deed is there. 18 I said to myself concerning the sons of men, “God has surely tested them in order for them to see that they are but beasts.” 19 For the fate of the sons of men and the fate of beasts is the same. As one dies so dies the other; indeed, they all have the same breath and there is no advantage for man over beast, for all is vanity. 20 All go to the same place. All came from the dust and all return to the dust.

Acts 15:15-19
And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is written:
16 'After! this I will return
And will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down;
I will rebuild its ruins,
And I will set it up;
17 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord,
Even all the Gentiles who are called by My name,
Says the Lord who does all these things.'
18 "Known to God from eternity are all His works.

Let's spend a few minutes looking at some points raised in Romans starting with the above scripture.
The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men
Who suppress the truth in unrighteousness
God emphatically says, "what may be known of God"
"Is manifest in them"... in who? Those who purposely "suppress the truth in unrighteousness"
If your answer is 'no', to (a) the answer to (b), still might be 'yes'.
Isaiah 57:15
15 For thus says the High and Lofty One
Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy:
"I dwell in the high and holy place,
With him who has a contrite and humble spirit,
To revive the spirit of the humble,
And to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
NKJV
Romans 1:18-19
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,
... because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen,
being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,
Romans 1:19-20, NKJV

Think about it! God is revealed even through His wrath - even against all ungodly and unrighteous men
Yes, even to those who by choice suppress truth in unrighteousness (injustice, immorality, wrongfulness:of character, life or act
There's an old saying about knowing enough to come in out of the rain. How about knowing enought to come in out of the dark?
What if evidence does show, there really is 'God' ?
What If ?
a) Would that mean anything to you?
b) Should that mean anything to you?
